can’t believe i am the first to make a comment…. this is soooo great can’t wait to see it as it takes shape… love that b on a branch… b is a great letter … happy days..
The more I look at it the more I see – adore the extra leaves on the branches, and the outline sticth around sections of “A”. 24 more to come, or is it a sentence???!
Bye
A
Lovely blocks! Hand sewing, embroidery, and such have not been my “thing” in the past. But it seems like there have been a lot of inspiring items lately pushing me in that direction. I am in such admiration of all of you who do such beautiful work!
Wow, your use of fabrics and their colors is just stunning, not to mention the embroidery! But you do have me curious, Best wishes with you new adventures.
Kirsty – That close-up photo of sewing with red thread you posted? I hope you don’t mind that it is now my screen saver. I just LOVE that picture! Was even inspired to buy some red pearle cotton and try my hand at something. But your A B blocks have blown me away. I hope you will post every little detail.

There are few things better than a good marriage. (And few things worse than a bad one, but it’s a lovely sunny day, so let’s not go there.)
I like where you’re going with this alphabet.
